Villa Buonisnegna offers charming B&B Accommodation in Tuscany in a total of 12 bedrooms, and Self-catering accommodation in a total of 6 charming stone built apartments.

B&B rates shown are per room, per night and include:

• Buffet breakfast, daily cleaning, use of our 2 equipped swimming pools (from May to September), park, and parking space.

Extra Costs:

• Supplements: Third bed (where provided) € 15.00 B&B, per bed per day. Third bed available on request  in bedrooms "Al Boscoo", "Tallurino", "Nobildonna Elena"

• Tourism Tax: €1.00 per person, per day, up to a maximum of 3 days, except for children under 12.

Self-catering accommodation rates shown are per apartment, per week, and include:

• Bed linen, bath and kitchen, final cleaning, utilities, use of our 2 swimming pools (from May to September), parking area,  parking space, barbecue ( where available) and reduction at the nearby Thermal Swimming Pools ( 1KM).

Extra Costs:

• Supplements: Third bed  € 15.00 per bed per day, available on request in "Apartment Vinsantaia"

• Breakfast supplement in self-catering accommodation, at the extra cost of €11.00 per person, per day.

• Daily cleaning available on request at the extra cost of € 7.00 per person, per day.

• Special conventions: discounts at the nearby Terme di Rapolano (1 km away).

• Lunch and Dinner at our charming restaurant subject to menu

Important Notes:

• Daily buffet breakfast is served in the large breakfast room located on the villa’s ground floor, or on the outdoor veranda. Buffet breakfast includes a selection of fresh and typical Tuscan products sourced locally. Salted and sweet.
